What is the new deal T-Mobile is offering?
T-Mobile recently launched an offer for existing customers which now includes 08 numbers within the Flext calling bundle. Therefore customers can now make calls to hundreds of worldwide destinations using our 0870 access numbers. For more details visit www.t-mobile.co.uk.

What Flext plans are available to switch to?
Simply by calling T-Mobile on 150 you can switch to any of the following Flext tariff plans as long as they are equal to or of greater value than your current plan.

I don’t have a Flext plan currently, can I still swap to this new deal?
As long as you switch to a Flext plan of equal or greater monthly value than your current plan they you are free to switch. Subject to T-Mobile standard migration policy.

Do I have to take out a new contract or extend my current contract?
No, you can switch to the new Flext plans for the remainder of your contract period subject to standard T-Mobile migration policy. Contact T-Mobile on 150 to discuss your individual plan

This deal says I can make international calls direct, why should I use the 0870 access number?
The list of available destinations for T-Mobile customers is small and for calls to mobiles the cost of the call is £1 per minute. Using our 0870 access numbers you can call over 200 worldwide destinations and in most cases you can talk for longer and much cheaper using Call0870

Is this deal available for new T-Mobile customers?
Existing T-Mobile customers can switch right now. The new deals will be made available for new T-Mobile customers from 1st April 2009.

What happens if I call the number outside of the advertised times?
Because of the cost of connecting calls to different destinations around the world varies, the rates we are offered by the telecoms operators reflect this. Therefore you will notice some of the more expensive destinations will not be as freely available to call as some others

Does T-Mobile have a fair usage policy The new plans do come with a fair use policy for calls to 0870 and for direct international calls. T-Mobile stipulate that you can use up to a maximum of half of your inclusive allowance for calls to 0870 numbers and up to a max of half for any direct international calls.
